At Ontario Grip Truck, we don’t believe in the hidden line-items, fuel surcharges, or surprise labor fees that traditionally plague film budgets. We keep our daily rate at a flat, all-inclusive $850/day by operating under a streamlined Owner-Operator Model.

No Corporate Overhead: We don't maintain a massive retail storefront, a bloated sales staff, or a massive vehicle fleet. We pass 100% of those corporate savings directly to your production budget.

True Flat-Rate Staging: Traditional houses rent you an empty shell of a truck and charge you for every single cable, stand, and flag you pull off the wall. Our package includes 100% of our available stock gear for free.

Small Supplier Advantage: Because we focus on a curated calendar of independent shorts, features, and boutique product commercials, we operate within Canada's Small Supplier parameters—meaning we collect 0% GST/HST from your production.
You get the exact same industry-standard 3-ton equipment, a dedicated driver, and 100 km of fuel—for roughly half the cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar rental house.

2 DAY RATE - $1700.00- INCLUSIVE
3 DAY RATE - $2550.00- INCLUSIVE
4 DAY RATE - $3400.00- INCLUSIVE
Week" rate ($3,800.00 5 up to 7 days)exclusively to one continuous project.
"Weekly/Multi-Day Rate Policy:
Multi-day discount packages (including our 4-Day Week rate) are strictly applicable to one continuous production title operating under a single, valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).
The truck and equipment package cannot be split, shared, or cross-utilized for secondary projects, separate clients, or distinct commercial campaigns within the booking window. Any change in production title or COI requires a separate rental agreement and will be billed as an independent booking."
